OBJECTIVES
- To enhance the capacity of Indian Red Cross Society to deliver its humanitarian message both within & outside the society and advocate tolerance & coexistence in the communities.
- To increase the capacity in disaster preparedness & disaster response in disaster prone branches & national headquarters and reduce the vulnerability of communities in key disaster prone areas
- To increase the capacity in health & care in branches & national headquarters and improve the health of vulnerable people and communities
- To raise the capacity of the branches & national headquarters in mobilizing, organizing & managing local resources in order to improve the situation of the vulnerable under each strategic objective, one or several actions, which need to be taken to achieve it, are identified & explained
